INDOSELECT AGENT OF AIDA CRUISE SHIP PLAYING FACT AND TOOK RP.5.5 MILLION

Escaped from an interview Indoselect agent of  Aida Cruise ship, who conducted interviews in major cities of Indonesia in February this year, was required to do medical test of Rp.1750.000 and training fee of  Rp. 5.5 million. After those payments are made, promised by Daniel Aryosumar, Recruitment Manager, I will receive training and departure schedules soon to the AIDA cruise ship but I never got those schedules, when I knew that other friends had got those schedules, I tried to contact the agent by sms, blackberry messenger, e-mail but i did not get any answer from them or even they never gave me a satisfactory answer, waiting confirmation did not come, finally I resigned as candidate of AIDA.
After long and complicated communication with them, eventually only training  fee promised it could be returned and could be taken anytime with some conditions; it could only be taken through face to face and could be delegated to others but with some conditions. Because I am in Bandung and the refund could be taken only in Bali and could not by bank transfer so I asked for help to my relative who visited Bali. However, money still can not be retrieved, with convoluted reasons.
Then again I communicated with them and again the result was still zero, they told me to talk with someone else but they gave me wrong phone number and wrong email address or even with some strange reasons; usually they would say that someone that I looked for was out. Every time I talk to new people in Indoselect I have to tell them from the beginning till to the end of my story why I resigned as candidate of Aida and then they would throw it this case to the others, but none of the staff to manager level who can provided me a solution, even the owner and patner manager, Aditya Nugraha away to be reached with reason he was always out, if not, he would never pick up my phone or his mobile  was inactive.
Agents distort the facts and they blamed me for not following the training and said the main reason I resigned because I was sick and it was not the result of the examination the doctor that they appoint, and I resigned before I passed the medical test from clinic that they appoint, also they had sent me the agreement, ”any payments had been made by candidate could not be returned” and they said departure schedule to the AIDA cruise ship, will be given only after training graduation. It was contrast from Daniel previous promises, “after paying medical, medical passes and pay the training fee it will receive training and departure schedules.
They (Daniel Haryosumar, Annie) knew from the beginning I was sick since  when I was told so many times to immediately conduct for medical test, I told them about my condition, after I began to heal I did medical test and I passed the medical. Communication with them was still fine till they asked me to pay immediately training fee. Such long time waiting with patience their confirmation about my training and departure schedule  was never come and then I resigned and after that my illness relapse. My sick was not the main factor I resigned, but for God's sake because Indoselect never sent me the training and departure schedules. In addition was very hard to contact them and I never received any agreement what they said.
A good agent should keep their promises rather than just promises, it should help job seekers that they are usually unfortunate persons, do not let the poor people to borrow money and then the money disappear eaten by a rogue agent, and finally the poor will be  chased to pay the debt without success. I do really hope, they will return my training fee and will come some miracle.

Lolos interview dari agen Indoselect Aida Kerobokan Bali dan Asem Baris Jakarta, yang melakukan interview di kota-kota besar Indonesia pada februari, diharuskan melakukan medical dengan biaya Rp.1750.000 dan transfer biaya training Rp. 5.500.000. Setelah melakukan pembayaran tersebut dijanjikan Daniel Aryosumar, Recruitmen Manager, saya mendapat jadwal training dan keberangkatan segera tetapi tidak pernah saya mendapat jadwal tersebut, ketika mengetahui teman-teman yang lain sudah mendapat jadwal, saya coba menghubungi agen tetapi sekali lagi sms, bb, email tidak dijawab  atau tidak mendapat jawaban yang memuaskan, menunggu tidak kunjung datang konfirmasi tersebut akhirnya saya mengundurkan diri.
Kemudian saya melakukan komunikasi dengan Annie melalui telepon dan email dengan sangat rumit karena Daniel tidak mau menerima, akhirnya dijanjikan hanya uang training bisa dikembalikan dan bisa diambil kapan saja, dengan catatan hanya bisa diambil melalui tatap muka dan bisa diwakilkan dengan beberapa persyaratan. Dikarenakan saya di Bandung dan uang tersebut bisa diambil hanya di Bali maka saya meminta tolong saudara yang sedang ke Bali. Hasilnnya uang tetap tidak dapat diambil, dengan alasan yang berbelit-belit. Kemudian sekali lagi saya melakukan komunikasi yang rumit dan berkali-kali hasilnya tetap nol bahkan beberapa nomer dan email yang diberikan tidak aktif. Setiap saya berbicara dengan orang baru di agen tersebut saya harus menceritakan dari awal hingga akhir dan kemudian dilemparkan ke orang lainnya, tetapi tidak satupun dari level staff hingga manager yang bisa memberikan solusi, bahkan pemilik sekaligus patner manager-nya, Aditya Nugraha menghindar untuk dihubungi dengan alasan tidak pernah ada ditempat sementara telepon gengamnya tidak pernah mau  menjawab atau bahkan tidak aktif.
Agen memutarbalikkan fakta, beralasan berubah-ubah dan menyalahkan saya tidak mengikuti training dan dikatakan alasan utama saya mengundurkan diri karena sakit yang bukan dinyatakan oleh pihak klinik yang ditunjuk agen dan mengundurkan diri sebelum mengetahui hasil dari tes medical dari klinik yang mereka tunjuk, dan mereka telah mengirim perjanjian berisi membayar berarti setuju dan uang tidak bisa dikembalikan sebagai hitam putihnya dan jadwal keberangkatan ke kapal pesiar AIDA hanya diberikan setelah lulus training, itu berbeda dengan janji Daniel sebelumnya bahwa setelah membayar medical, lolos medical dan membayar uang training maka akan mendapat jadwal tersebut. Demi Tuhan pengunduran diri saya karena tidak penah mendapat jadwal training dan keberangkatan, disamping susahnya agen untuk diajak komunikasi dan  saya tidak pernah menerima perjanjian apapun.
Dari awal saya sudah memberitahukan Daniel dan Annie bahwa saya masih sakit saat dibujuk melalui telepon berkali-kali untuk segera melakukan medical, setelah mulai pulih saya melakukan medical dan lolos, saat itu komunikasi masih lancar sampai saya disuruh segera membayar uang training, setelah membayar biaya training kemudian Daniel dan agen susah dihubungi. Saya masih tetap menunggu kabar yang tidak pernah datang dari agen, merasa dipermainkan saya mengundurkan diri, disetujui hanya uang training Rp. 5.5 juta yang bisa dikembalikan dan kemudian sakit saya kambuh lagi.
Agen yang baik harus menepati janji bukan ingkar janji dan memutarbalikkan fakta, jangan sampai orang miskin meminjam uang hilang  dimakan agen nakal dan akhirnya orang miskin dikejar-kejar untuk membayar hutang yang tanpa hasil. Saya berharap uang training saya dikembalikan dan keajaiban terjadi.
